Sandra Bell is a third-generation Carnival costume designer dedicated to preserving and showcasing the traditional J’ouvert culture of Trinidad & Tobago. She has collaborated with major cultural institutions and festival organizations across the United States and internationally. As a teaching artist and consultant, Ms. Bell works with schools, museums, and community centers to inspire students through creative and visionary art-making.
