What is Q31?

Q31 Film Festival is the first festival on Long Island dedicated to celebrating Caribbean and Latinx culture through film, art, music, and storytelling. By bringing communities together, Q31 creates opportunities to experience diverse voices, foster cultural exchange, and celebrate the richness of the diaspora.
